Hi beautiful soul, welcome to HealedbyHorses where you can explore your imagination and discover endless posibilities. My name is Eliza and I’m happy to join you :) I started Equine Healing Sessions with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life. My background in psychology combined with personal interest in spirituality help others reconnect, reflect, and refine their lives.
I graduated from University of Social Sciences and Humanities, with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in Warsaw, in Poland. I’m Gestalt Equine Psychotherapy (GEP) certified, in two years training program in the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies in Colorado. I work at school as a School Based Mental Health Therapist. I live in Sarasota, Florida.
Equine Healing Sessions; on the horse or on the ground. It depends on your expierience and needs.

*The sessions are conducted in a beautiful setting on a Myakka Csatar Acres Farm- Therapeutic Riding Center & Boarding in the vicinity of the park with the access to wooded trail. Let’s boost your somatic healing when ride the horse and surraunded by nature!

Fun in nature with a beautiful horse named Delilah, and Eliza, Life Coach/Counselor to assist us with our needs for a peaceful and confident life. I had a wonderful experience with them. Eliza is kind, patient, and professional in a peaceful environment outside on Mother Earth, so we are grounded and focused. Delilah is attentive to releasing emotions at the same time I did. This experience will obviously be different for each individual, but it was so worth it for me. Eliza is so gentle and really helped ease me into opening up to the connection with Delilah. It's like Reiki with a horse and when you realize how it correlates to your life its pretty amazing...

This is a great experience for anyone that is open minded and would like to try an alternative to conventional therapy. The environment makes it easy to focus and be in the present moment. Eliza is very kind, asks thought provoking questions, and takes good care of her horses!
